Il MILANO MACHINIMA FESTIVAL — un evento annuale che presenta opere audiovisive non interattive prodotte con i videogiochi, altrimenti note come machinima — torna nel 2022 con un formato ibrido - online e proiezioni in situ — dopo una lunga interruzione causata da una crisi globale senza precedenti.
Quest’anno, 25 opere di machinima e game video create da 21 artisti che rappresentano 9 paesi sono state presentate in due sezioni distinte — EVERYTHING MUST CHANGE (26 marzo 2022, IRL) e FOR EVERYTHING TO STAY THE SAME (21-27 marzo 2022, online) — per un totale di 11 programmi.

The MILAN MACHINIMA FESTIVAL— an annual event showcasing audiovisual non-interactive works produced with video games otherwise known as machinima — returned in 2022 with a hybrid format —both online and in situ screenings — after a long disruption in the face of an unprecedented global crisis.
This year, 25 works of machinima and game video created by of 21 artists representing 9 countries were presented in two distinct sections — EVERYTHING MUST CHANGE (March 26 2022, IRL) and FOR EVERYTHING TO STAY THE SAME (March 21-27 2022, online) — for a total of 11 programs.
